Shipping policy

Shipping
We offer free shipping to the United States and Canada for orders over $30 CAD. For international orders, we offer free shipping for orders over $50 CAD. For orders under these amounts, shipping rates will be calculated based on weight and destination.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to try and locate your package. If the package cannot be found, we will either issue a refund or replace the item, depending on the availability of the item. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
